Masamoto KS Series White #2 Kiritsuke Gyuto

Masamoto’s KS-3121KT brings the house’s White #2 monosteel construction to a 210 mm kiritsuke gyuto. The satin face and angular tip keep the design simple. Its mostly flat taper makes an interesting comparison with the collection’s convex Sanjo knives.
