Masashi Kuroshu Gyuto
Masashi Yamamoto’s Kuroshu combines a tall 240 mm blade, dark Damascus cladding and an SLD core. The spine changes markedly from the substantial heel toward the fine tip, making taper a useful feature to compare with your other Sanjo gyutos.
