Nigara SPG STRIX Tsuchime Damascus Gyuto
Nigara’s 210 mm STRIX gyuto combines a tall profile with hammer marks and flowing stainless Damascus. The lower bevel begins at a distinct shoulder. A shallow hollow is the current estimate, with less certainty than the visible change in slope.
